Note: This is not for designers who want the cheapest unmanaged hosting. It is for designers who want peace of mind at a reasonable cost.

Service Agreement
By proceeding with onboarding or continuing to use the service, you acknowledge that:
- You understand the scope and limits of this service
- You agree to the onboarding and access requirements
- You accept the operational rules outlined below
Onboarding & Service Agreement
This service is intentionally simple, structured, and boring.
That’s how reliability, security, and peace of mind are delivered—without surprises.
The following outlines how onboarding works and the terms under which Managed WordPress Hosting is provided.
1. Service Overview
This service provides managed WordPress hosting infrastructure, not website development or consulting.
Our responsibility is to ensure:
- The hosting environment is stable, secure, and available
- Backups are running as described
- Updates and baseline security are applied automatically
We do not manage website content, design, or functionality.
2. Onboarding Requirements (Mandatory)
To begin onboarding and migration, the following must be provided:
A. Website Access
- WordPress admin credentials
- FTPs credentials (if applicable)
- Database access (if required)
B. Domain & DNS Access (Required for All Migrations)
One of the following is mandatory:
- We provide 2 nameservers that you can cut and paste at your domain registrar, or
- We register/manage your domain
Partial access, shared access, or delayed DNS authority is not supported.
Without proper DNS control, migrations will not proceed.
This requirement exists to:
- Prevent downtime
- Avoid DNS misconfiguration
- Allow fast recovery if issues occur
3. Migration Policy
- One inbound migration per site is included
- Migrations are scheduled during a mutually agreed window
- We are not responsible for pre-existing issues on the source host
After migration:
- The site is considered successfully migrated once it loads correctly on our platform
- Minor visual or functional differences caused by hosting environment changes are not considered migration failures
4. Scope of Responsibility
We Are Responsible For:
- Hosting availability
- Server configuration
- SSL provisioning
- DNS changes (when authorized)
- Backups and restore capability
- WordPress core and plugin update execution
- Baseline security protections
We Are Not Responsible For:
- Plugin or theme conflicts
- Broken layouts or styling issues
- Custom code errors
- Performance issues caused by site design choices
- Third-party services or integrations
If WordPress loads and the server is operational, the hosting service is considered functional.
5. Updates Policy
- WordPress core and plugins are updated automatically
- Updates are not manually reviewed or approved
- Rollbacks occur only if a site becomes unavailable
This approach prioritizes security and stability over customization.
Clients requiring curated or delayed updates must manage those workflows independently.
6. Backup & Restore Policy
We provide:
- Daily server-level backups
- Daily off-host backups stored outside the server
- Limited retention for disaster recovery
Restore Rules
- One restore per site per month is included
- Additional restores are billable
Backups are not a substitute for version control or content editing.
Requests for specific historical versions or content recovery fall outside scope.
7. Security Scope
Included security measures:
- Firewall rules
- Malware scanning
- Login protection
- WordPress hardening
Not included:
- Manual malware cleanup
- Incident response caused by:
- nulled or pirated plugins/themes
- abandoned software
- ignored update or security warnings
Security remediation beyond baseline protection is billed separately.
(See Advanced Services page.)
8. Access & Usage Rules
You are granted:
- cPanel access
- FTPs access
- Optional SSH access (if enabled on your plan)
You are not granted:
- Root access
- Custom server configuration rights
- Unsupported PHP modules or services
Abuse of server resources or repeated instability caused by site behavior may result in suspension until resolved.
9. Support Boundaries
Support includes:
- Hosting availability issues
- Server or PHP errors
- DNS or SSL problems
- Migration-related failures
Support does not include:
- Website troubleshooting
- Plugin configuration
- Design or content changes
- Performance tuning
If an issue is not infrastructure-related, it is outside this service.
10. Billing & Termination
- Services are billed monthly
- There is no long-term contract unless otherwise stated
- You may cancel at any time
Upon cancellation:
- You are responsible for migrating your site elsewhere
- DNS access must remain available during transition
- We do not obstruct outbound migrations
11. Fit Statement
This service is designed for:
- Designers and site owners who value predictability
- Teams who want fewer emergencies
- Professionals who accept defined boundaries
This service is not suitable for:
- Those seeking the cheapest hosting option
- Custom server experimentation
- On-demand development or consulting
